Rooftop Solar Installations to Get Major Federal Funding

U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders, chairman of the Senate's green jobs subcommittee, has introduced legislation to encourage the installation of 10 million solar systems on the rooftops of homes and businesses over the next decade. The bill authorizes rebates and other incentives to cover up to half the cost of 10 million solar power systems and 200,000 water heating systems. Nonprofit groups, state and local governments, and private home owners will be eligible. This opens a huge new market for solar domains like these:
